Brian Longwell returns to Jimmy Tingle's Off Broadway to present his pre-Edinburgh Scotland Fringe Festival show Is Dick Cheney Evil?.
This show promises to be another ill-prepared, ill-thought-out, poorly planned venture into a foreign country by an American... only funny.
Mr. Longwell addresses a scatter shot of issues in his unique presentation style and assures that the American political system will sort of be explained in his show.
