Fast Company starts its run tonight at Lyric Stage Company.

Blue and her clan are not your typical family. With a world-class grifter for a mother, a brother who is the top roper and another brother who is the No. 1 fixer, it’s Blue who is the outcast. So no one expects it when she comes up with the score of the decade. The dangerous theatrical crime caper will keep audiences wondering just who is conning whom.

Written by Carla Ching and directed by M. Bevin O’Gara, the show features Michael Hisamoto as H, Lin-Ann Ching Kocar as Mable, Theresa Nguyen as Blue, and Tyler Simahk as Francis.

"I could say that Fast Company is about grifts, game theory, and magic. And it is. But at its essence, it's about family," said Ching.

The creative team includes Cameron Anderson (set design), Annie Wiegand (lighting design), Tyler Kinney (costume design), Arshan Gailus (sound design and original music), Garrett Herzig (projection design), and Evan Northrup (magic consultant).

Performances will run through March 27.
