Winner of four 2015 Tony Awards, An American in Paris is directed and choreographed by Christopher Wheeldon. Inspired by the Oscar-winning film, the musical features a book by Craig Lucas and a score of George and Ira Gershwin's iconic tunes including "I Got Rhythm," " 'S Wonderful," and "They Can't Take That Away From Me." The story follows a young American soldier and a beautiful French girl in "a timeless story of love in a city rebuilding from the heartbreak of World War II."
