For kids who need a break from the holiday cheer North Shore Music Theatre has temporarily jettisoned its long-standing A Christmas Carol tradition in favor of Disney’s High School Musical 2 (December 18-January 11). Otherwise, A Christmas Carol will take the stage at the Watertown’s New Repertory Theatre (December 14-18) and at the Berkshire Theatre Festival (December 11-30).
