New Year’s Eve Celebration Planned for The Donkey Show at OBERON

American Repertory Theater’s celebrated The Donkey Show will help ring in 2012 with the Donkey Show Disco Ball at OBERON. The performance will begin at 10pm, with a post-show party until 2:00 am.

The Donkey Show tells the story of Shakespeare’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream through great 70’s anthems. The enchanted forest of Shakespeare’s classic becomes a glitter-filled world of retro disco as the lovers escape from their real lives to experience a night of dream, abandon and fantasy. A.R.T.’s production has performed to packed houses since opening in late August 2009.
