Full Cast, Creative Team Set for Huntington’s Boleros for the Disenchanted

Full cast and creative team have been announced for the Huntington Theatre Company’s production of Jose Rivera’s Boleros for the Disenchanted, October 10-November 15. The production, which will open officially on October 15, will be directed by Chay Yew.

The show is a touching portrait of a Puerto Rican couple over four decades of marriage.
Rivera’s other plays include Marisol, Cloud Tectonics and References to Salvador Dali Make Me Hot. He received an Academy Award nomination for his screenplay for The Motorcycle Diares.

The cast will feature Socorro Santiago, Jaime Tirelli, Monica Raymund, Elliot Villar, Maria-Christan Oliveras, and Juan Javier Cardenas. The creative team includes Alexander Dodge (sets), Anita Yavich (costumes), Paul Whitaker (lighting), and Fabian Obispo (sound and original music).
