Rick Park and John Kuntz' The Superheroine Monologues will return to tbe stage in Boston for a three week run next month. Based on an idea by Greg Maraio, the play, which premiered last spring, will run September 10-26 at the Boston Center for the Arts.

Monologues is a satiric look into the lives of comic book heroines from the 1940s on, including Wonder Woman, Supergirl and Dark Phoenix. For the show's return engagement, the playwrights have revised the script, adding new supporting characters to the piece and added an element of audience interactivity.

Maraio directs a company which includes: Maureen Adduci, Amanda Good Hennessey, Art Hennessey, Terrence P. Haddad, Jackie McCoy, Elizabeth Montigny, Shawna O'Brien, Christine Power, Casey Preston, Elizabeth Rimar, and Cheryl D. Singleton.
