Brooke Bloom, Hannah Cabell, Jake Silbermann Set for A.R.T.’s Marie Antoinette

Complete casting has been announced for A.R.T.‘s world premiere production of David Adjmi’s Marie Antoinette, September 1-29 at the Loeb Drama Center. Rebecca Taichman will direct the production, which features choreography by Karole Armitage.

The show, a co-production with Yale Repertory Theatre, provides a peek into the life of the infamous Queen of France.

The complete cast includes Brooke Bloom as Marie Antoinette, Fred Arsenault as Emperor Joseph of Austria, Hannah Cabell as Yolande de Polignac, David Greenspan as Sheep, Polly Lee as Therese de Lamballe, Steven Ratazzi as Louis XVI, Jake Silbermann as Axel Fersen, Jo Lambert and Teale Sperling as Marie’s coterie, Vin Knight as the Royalist, Andrew Cekala as the Dauphin, and Brian Wiles as Guard.

The production will feature set design by Riccardo Hernandez, costume design by Gabriel Berry, lighting design by Christopher Akerlind, sound design by Matt Hubb, and puppet design by Matt Acheson.
