Full Cast, Creative Team Set for NSMT’s High School Musical

The full cast and creative team have been announced for the North Shore Music Theatre’s production of Disney’s High School Musical. The show will be directed and choreographed by Barry Ivan; it will run July 2-29 and will open officially on July 5..

High School Musical will star David Nathan Perlow as Troy Bolton, Addi McDaniel as Gabriella Montez, Andrew Keenan Bolger as Ryan, Kate Rockwell as Sharpay, Matthew S. Morgan as Chad, Chasten Harmon as Taylor, Fred Inkley as Coach Bolton, and Nancy Johnston as Ms. Darbus.

The 38-member cast also includes Jessica Bircann, Danny Binstock, Michael Busillo, Bridie Carroll, Michael Kadin Craig, Kevin Curtis, Kelli Gautreau, Garett Hawe, Lisa Ho, Cajai Fellows Johnson, Lisa Kassay, Natalie Loftin, Jihyen Park, Caitlin Reilly, Chris Saunders, Brandon Taylor, Franklyn Warfield, Taylor Brown, Kelly Buck, Ryan Cameron, Nick Christopher, Alex DeLeo, Jeffery Dinan, Samantha Goober, Josh Kauffman, Benjamin Martin, Ashley McCormack, Presilah Nuñez, Jessica Starbard, and Eric Stevens.

Based on the Disney Channel movie of the same title, High School Musical has a book by David Simpatico and songs by Matthew Gerrard, Robbie Nevil, Ray Cham, Greg Cham, Andrew Seeley, Randy Petersen, Kevin Quinn, Andy Dodd, Adam Watts, Bryan Louiselle, David N. Lawrence, Faye Greenberg, and Jamie Houston. The creative team of the NSMT production includes Stephen Purdy (musical direction), Dex Edwards (sets). Wade Laboissonniere (costumes), Jack Mehler (lighting), and John A. Stone (sound).
