Lisa O’Hare, Charles Shaughnessy, Hayden Tee, et al. Set for NSMT’s My Fair Lady

Complete casting has been announced for North Shore Music Theatre’s production of Alan Jay Lerner and Frederick Loewe’s My Fair Lady, to run June 7-19. Charles Repole will direct the production, which will feature choreography by Michael Lichtefeld and musical direction by Craig Barna.

Based on George Bernard Shaw’s Pygmalion, the musical focuses on what happens when linguistics professor Henry Higgins works to transform Eliza Doolittle, a common flower girl, into a proper lady.

The company will feature, as previously announced, Charles Shaughnessy as Higgins, along with Lisa O’Hare (Eliza Doolittle), Peter Cormican (Colonel Pickering), Sarah deLima (Mrs. Higgins), Bill Dietrich (Alfred P. Doolittle), Cheryl McMahon (Mrs. Pearce), and Hayden Tee (Freddy Eynsford-Hill).

The ensemble will include Audrey Cardwell, Sarah Ellis, Thomas Gibbons, Jordan Grubb, Eric Huffman, Robin Lounsbury, John Matthew Myers, Sarah O’Connor, Ellen Peterson, Jp Qualters, Lisa Rohinsky, and Joseph Torello.

The creative team will be comprised of scenic designer Howard C. Jones, costume designer Gail Baldoni, lighting designer Jack Mehler, and sound designer James R. McCartney.
