Berkshire Theatre Group has announced the casting for its 87th summer season, which will include revivals of Ira Levin's Deathtrap, directed by Aaron Mark (July 1-25), Terrence McNally's Frankie and Johnny In the Clair de Lune, directed by Karen Allen (July 29-August 22), and Justin Scheuer's Masha’s Seagull, based on Anton Chekhov's The Seagull, directed by Eric Hill (May 22-May 24); the world premiere of David Adkins' Thoreau or, Return to Walden, directed by Eric Hill (June 18-July 11); Betty Comden, Adolph Green, and Jule Styne's musical Bells Are Ringing, directed by Ethan Heard (July 9-26); and the world premiere of Suzanne Heathcote's I Saw My Neighbor On the Train and I Didn’t Even Smile, directed by Jackson Gay (July 15-August 15).

The summer's notable casting includes, as previously announced, Broadway couple Kate Baldwin (Big Fish) and Graham Rowat (Mamma Mia!) starring in the revival of Bells Are Ringing. Virginia Scheuer and David Adkins will star in the one-person plays Masha's Seagull and Thoreau or, Return to Walden, respectively.

That 70's Show star and Broadway veteran Debra Jo Rupp will lead Deathtrap alongside Broadway regular Gregg Edelman. Finally, film favorite Linda Gehringer and Broadway's Keira Naughton are set to appear in I Saw My Neighbor on the Train and I Didn't Even Smile.

A separate casting announcement for Frankie and Johnny in the Clair de Lune will be made on a later date.
