Ron Holgate, Roger Robinson Featured in Staged Reading of James DeMarse’s Ceasefire

Tony Award-winners Ron Holgate and Roger Robinson will lead the cast of the Berkshire Playwrights Lab’s staged reading of Ceasefire by James DeMarse on Wednesday, August 22. Joe Cacaci directs the reading, which will take place at the Mahaiwe Performing Arts Center.
Ceasefire follows an American diplomat who tries to negotiate peace in an African republic while also trying to fix his troubled marriage. The cast also includes Kofi Boakye, Mickey Solis, and additional actors to be announced.
Holgate won a Tony Awrad for his performance in 1776. Robinson has appeared in six plays by August Wilson and won a Tony for his work in Joe Turner’s Come and Gone.
