Louis Cancelmi, Jessica Collins, Jeremy Strong Set for Williamstown’s A Month in the Country

The Williamstown Theatre Festival has announced full cast and creative team for its production of Ivan Turgenev’s A Month in the Country, featuring a new translation by Richard Nelson and Richard Pevear and Larissa Volokhonsky and directed by Nelson, to run August 1-19.


The cast will include Parker Bell-Devaney as Kolya, Charlotte Bydwell as Vera Alexandrovna, Louis Cancelmi as Arkady Sergeich Islaev, Julian Cihi as Alexei Nikolaevich Belyaev, Jessica Collins as Natalya Petrovna, Sean Cullen as Ignaty Ilyich Shpigelsky, Harry Ford as Matvei, Kate Kearney-Patch as Anna Semyonovna Islaeva, Paul Anthony McGrane as Afanasy Ivanovich Bolshintsov, Jeremy Strong as Mikhail Alexandrych Rakitin, and Elizabeth Waterston as Lizaveta Bogdanovna.

The creative team includes Takeshi Kata (sets), Susan Hilferty (costumes), Japhy Weidman (lighting), and Drew Levy (sound).
