Full cast and creative team have been announced for the Berkshire Theatre Festival’s production of Paul Osborn’s Morning’s at Seven. Directed by Vivian Matalon, it will run July 31- August 11, with an official opening on August 3.

Set in 1922, the play is an endearing portrait of small-town life that pays humorous tribute to an all-American dysfunctional family and the love that binds them together. Matalon won a Tony for his 1980 Broadway revival of Morning’s at Seven, and has directed several shows at the BTF, including The Pilgrim Papers, Quartet, Paris Bound, and Souvenir.

The cast will include Kevin Carolan (Homer Bolton), David Green (David Crampton), Anita Gillette (Esther Crampton), Paul Hecht (Thor), Jonathan Hogan (Carl Bolton), Lucy Martin (Cora Swanson), Debra Jo Rupp (Ida Bolton), Joyce Van Patten (Aaronetta Gibbs), and Christianne Tisdale (Myrtle Brown).

The show’s creative team is comprised of R. Michael Miller (scenic design), David Murin (costume design), Ann Wrightson (lighting design), and Craig Kaufman (sound design).
