Williamstown Theatre Festival has announced that Tony winner Nina Arianda and stage and screen star Sam Rockwell will join the cast of Fool for Love, running from July 24-August 2 on the Nikos Stage. The two replace previously announced Chris Pine and Lauren Ambrose, who have departed the production because of scheduling conflicts.

In the play, two former lovers unpack the deep secrets and dark desires of their tangled relationship while holed up in a seedy motel on the edge of the Mojave Desert. Ultimately, the pair must decide if they can live with, or without, each other.
Daniel Aukin directs this Sam Shepard myth of the new Wild West. In addition to Rockwell and Arianda, the cast will include Christopher Abbott and Gordon Joseph Weiss.

Williamstown Theatre Festival designs each season to present unique opportunities for artists and audiences by revisiting classic plays with innovative productions, developing new works, and offering an array of accompanying events.
