Disco Diva-in-waiting, Deloris Van Cartier, is forced to pack up her platform shoes and hide her funkadelic light after witnessing a gangsta murdered. Holed up at the down-and-out Holy Order of the Little Sisters of Our Mother of Perpetual Faith, Deloris, disguised as Sister Mary Clarence, engages in a war of wills with the stern and steely Mother Superior. When ordered to join the choir, Deloris' God-given talents take center stage, and in no time, the shy and cloistered nuns are heating up and boogying down with their Sunday Morning Fever, which builds to an inspirational climax when Deloris and Mother Superior realize they are soul sisters under the skin.

Alan Menken (Tony award nominee and composer of Little Shop of Horrors and Beauty and the Beast) and an award-winning creative team join forces to bring Sister Act the Musical a fabulous and funny new life on stage.
