WHAT IS IT ABOUT?
Conceived by William Shakespeare in The Merchant of Venice, Shylock stands as perhaps one of the most controversial theatrical characters ever created. Royal Shakespeare Company actor Gareth Armstrong delivers a phenomenal solo performance which gives a rare look at antisemitism through history with humor and poignancy. Shylock is directed by Frank Barrie.
