WHAT IS IT ABOUT?
Join us for a spectacular afternoon as top Southern California sushi chefs compete for a spot in the 2008 Sushimasters finals. Festivities include cultural entertainment, beer and sake tasting and a sampling of authentic dishes from the area's top Japanese/Asian restaurants. Presented by the Japanese American Cultural & Community Center, in partnership with The California Rice Commission.
