Seattle playwright Edward Mast's adaptation of Rudyard Kipling's The Jungle Book follows a boy who was raised by animals. The tiger Sherakhan has killed a human child's parents, and the wolf Bagheera volunteers to raise the infant "mancub." Enraged, the sinister Sherakhan theatens to return to eat the child another day.
