WHAT IS IT ABOUT?
The Sixty-Third Boys' Towns of Italy Ball of the Year features the legendary Liza Minnelli in performance as she is named "Woman of the Year." Tommy Tune is named "Entertainer of the Year."
BTOI is an organization committed to aiding underprivileged children from around the world. They come from 14 war-ravaged nations, and have fled thousands of miles to the relative safety of a Boys' Town.
