WHAT IS IT ABOUT?
Winner of three Tony Awards including Best Revival of a Musical!
Roundabout Theatre Company presents a new Broadway production of Anything Goes, starring Tony Award winner Sutton Foster as Reno Sweeney and Joel Grey as Moonface Martin. Tony Award winner Kathleen Marshall directs and choreographs.
Anything Goes features music & lyrics by Cole Porter; original book by P.G. Wodehouse & Guy Bolton and Howard Lindsay & Russel Crouse; and a new book by Timothy Crouse and John Weidman.
ALL ABOARD for this saucy and splendid new production of Cole Porter's musical romp across the Atlantic. When the S.S. American heads out to sea, etiquette and convention head out the portholes as two unlikely pairs set off on the course to true love... proving that sometimes destiny needs a little help from a crew of singing sailors, an exotic disguise and some good old-fashioned blackmail.
Peppering this hilariously bumpy ride are some of musical theater's most memorable standards, including "You're the Top," "Blow, Gabriel, Blow," "It's De-Lovely," "I Get A Kick Out of You," and "Anything Goes."

Excellent & Disappoiinting.
The show was absolutely fantastic. Disappointment came afterwards. Waited in queue for autographs and brief interaction. Sutton Foster and Joel Grey snuck out from a "separate" exit. Then, the staff at the designated exit didnt tell any of us waiting for 45+ minutes that the showss stars had departed earlier. Im disappointed at Foster and Greys lack of consideration toward their shows patrons and angry at the ineptness and lack of communication by the staff. Ill skip any future productions headlined by either Foster or Grey. Most other stars Ive seen acknowledge and appreciate their fans, including Christopher Walken, Nathan Lane, Matthew Broderick, Angela Lansbury, Kevin Klein, Mark Rylance, Dustin Hoffman and Jeff Goldblum to name just a few...

Sutton Foster Rocks
I am so glad that Sutton Foster won the Tony this time. She is fabulous in this production. The production was excellent. I have seen it many times from London to Broadway and find this cast to be the best

Over the last decade, no leading lady has wowed innumerable audiences with her silvery voice and eager charm more than Sutton Foster. Now, as sassy evangelist-cum-nightclub singer Reno Sweeney, the Tony Award-winning star is simply scintillating in Kathleen Marshall's highly rousing revival of
Anything Goes, now at the Stephen Sondheim Theatre.
Indeed, Foster outdoes herself here as a no-holds-barred show-biz triple-threat personality. While she doesn't sing the second-act showstopper "Blow, Gabriel, Blow" with the same dynamism composer-lyricist Cole Porter may have expected from original star Ethel Merman, one must note that Merman never offered Foster's here-to-Pittsburgh leg extensions[...]
